Our company built a new 7,400 square foot multipurpose/theater building at an active elementary school site. The new building is fabricated with precast concrete panels with a brick façade and supported by an open web structural steel joist system. The interior of the project included new seating area with telescopic seating, restrooms, green room, and performance storage, as well as a stage platform with theater lighting, sound system, stage curtains and theater control room. The site exterior was also upgraded with new underground fire water system, concrete sidewalk and ramps, asphalt paving, and ADA compliant drop-off and
pickup area.
